We are now looking for an experienced Trainer/Skills Coach to support learners who are engaged in Human Resource Apprenticeships
This is a remote, work-from-home position with occasional travel to client sites
This is the start of a new apprenticeship programme in Human Resources that offer:

HR Consultant / Partner L5As an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coaches in Human Resources you can expect:

Highly competitive salary between £35000-£37000

Career progressionSummary of duties and responsibilities for the Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach in HR:

To coach and support learners to achieve their apprenticeship in Human Resources up to level 7
Deliver outstanding masterclasses to groups of learners using Microsoft Teams or Zoom
Plan the endpoint assessment process with learners and employers, ensuring preparation and practice are included in the learning plan
Complete all relevant paperwork using the electronic process to ensure a learner is signed up/achieves/leaves according to procedures
Conduct regular reviews of progress with both the learner and employer
Support the learner to complete level 2 Maths and English functional skills where required
Evidence learner progress through the use of the OneFile e-portfolio system 
Skills and experience required for the Human Resources Trainer/Skills Coach

Hold a relevant assessing qualification (TAQA/A1/CAVA/D32/D33)
Ideally hold a recognised Teaching Qualification e.g. PTLLS, Award in Education and Training
Previous experience delivering Human Resource Programmes to Apprenticeship Learners
Vocational competence/work history up to HR Manager level is required
Educated to degree standard in HR or CIPD Qualified
Experience user of Microsoft Teams and Zoom
