About The Role:
As a HR Tutor you will be given a portfolio of apprentices that you will virtually meet and teach them everything they need to know about HR. You will be presenting different classes on specific HR topics and will be responsible for answering any questions the apprentices have. You will expand your own knowledge by learning about different topics in HR to then pass this knowledge on in your 1 to 1 classes. This is a remote role with occasional travel to the company offices.
Skills They Look For:
Confident with the full HR process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
CIPD qualified (desirable).
