Remote Working Claims Technician Permanent Nationwide

Our client is a market-leader in property insurance claims and solutions for commercial and residential markets. With over 50 years in the business and over 30,000 employees world-wide, they aim to make the claims process easy and effective for all customers & clients.

They are currently looking for an experienced Claims Technician to join their ever-growing team.

This is a fully remote-working role, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Claims Technicians/Handlers to further their career and handle high-value commercial claims, working closely with experienced adjusters.


* To manage direct cases

* Using background knowledge to make the correct decision on claims

* Information and evidence gathering

* Working with third parties to provide fill case details from start to finish

* Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers

Person Specification:

* Experience dealing with computer-based claims handling systems

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent IT skills

* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload

* DIP CII/Cert CILA qualified or have a willingness to work towards this
