An experienced Senior Marketing Executive with at least 3 years experience is needed to join our team at Think Inventory Solutions on a remote (work-from-home) basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all marketing activities for a small, but ambitious, full-service software developer. The company’s products are aimed at all aspects of the order fulfilment and warehouse management processes.

About the Role
The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with the senior management team to help bring certain aspects of the marketing function in-house.
It’s a newly created role that will focus on brand awareness, product promotion and lead generation. The ideal candidate must be able to undertake market research, market segmentation, and create well-written email and social media campaigns.
It’s essential the successful candidate is self-motivated with a good level of commercial acumen.
Industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
Lead generation is the primary focus of the role, it’s imperative the successful candidate can bring ideas to the table, expand the company’s route to market and make best use of systems in place
Segment the UK market to help identify ideal target audiences to help drive the growth of the business
Undertake market research to understand the challenges faced by current and prospective customers, translating them into solution-focused campaigns
Develop, implement, and execute marketing campaigns
Manage campaign performance, analyse results and report back to senior management
Develop, implement and work to agreed Marketing budget
Develop targeted messaging across email and social media (LinkedIn) to position the company in new and existing markets
Create artwork for offline collateral, such as brochures, flyers, exhibition graphics and signage
Create educational video to help the brand stand out in the crowd
Manage website content and champion the sharing of news coverage
Manage marketing supplier relationships, for example SEO and Google Ad agency
3+ years track record leading marketing campaigns with proven results
Able to research market data, devise a plan on findings
Experience using email marketing platforms
Experience using LinkedIn
Ability to analyse and present content performance
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign beneficial
Video editing – PremierPro (or similar) beneficial
Basic photography and videography skills
Ability to create accurate, concise content for social media, email, web and print
