Venrec are recruiting on behalf of our client, a very successful Recruitment and Training company, for a Home Working Recruitment Consultant. This role will involeve setting up your own recruitment desk (sourcing clients and candidates), it will initially involve working independently from home.
Salary:
* Our client offers a generous basic salary and bonus structure (which is flexible for the right person), with remote team support at all times. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run and develop their own remote or physical branch ( in time ) with the support of a well-established business (this is not a franchise)
* The basic salary for this position is £30,000 + commission
* Realistic earning potential will be roughly up to £50,000 (including basic salary) for the first year
* After the first year it is likely that a successful candidate can be making £50,000 – £75,000+ (including basic salary)
* Commissions are uncapped and 6 figure earnings would be achievable for a truly driven professional. The options exist to expand as teams for those generating more Business than they can handle. For candidates with possible business in hand this represents a fantastic opportunity to maximise the rewards for the knowledge and skills you possess. It is unlikely that without genuine Industry knowledge and experience in your sector that you will succeed.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment role (experience of sales and recruitment in the Driving / Industrial/Construction/ Commercial sectors is a must)
* Experience working in and excelling in a target driven role
* The ability to work under pressure and to organise workloads effectively and successfully whilst maintaining excellent Client relationships.
* The ability, capacity and desire to work remotely and enjoy being your own boss!!
* Driving licence and own vehicle essential
* Experience with Microsoft products including word, outlook and excel
The role entails:
* Filling temporary placements
* Pro-actively approaching potential clients about the services that the company offer to build a Client base
* Signing up new candidates in person or on line
* Using social media/advertising channels to increase candidate numbers
* Attend client meetings where necessary
* Achieving targets and KPI’s
* Attending meetings at the head office based in Kent, or via video conferencing periodically.
