Warehouse Operative
Location – Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh, Scotland
Hours – Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm. 8 hour shifts between these times.
Hourly Rate – £10.44 per hour
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting candidates working in their warehouse based within their Edinburgh warehouse.
If you are a self-starter, a pro-active and self-motivated individual, who works well on their own initiative and within a team and is looking for a new varied job role then this could be the role for you within the wider team.
Role Responsibilities:
Cash Processor Position
Manual handling & Data entry.
Lifting of Coin bags (No heavier than 11KG)
Please note that full training will be provided for this role
Variety of tasks, from manual handling, machine operations and physical work, to scanning and data entry.Key Skills required:
Basic numeracy
Basic keyboard and PC skills
Ability to complete manual handling tasks (up to 11kg in weight)
Work with equipment and machinery
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a teamThe following skills would be advantageous but are not necessary for the role:
Forklift Truck/pallet truck operation
Manual Handling and basic Health and SafetyVetting Requirements for this position:

5 years' worth of employment history will be required, this includes any gaps of when you haven't been working.
Evidence of the last 5 years of addresses.
DBS and Credit check will be conducted at this stage
