M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join one of UK’s biggest Logistics Company based in Hounslow.
Main duties/responsibilities
* Deliver clear operational direction, leadership and development to your team of MHE operatives.
* Organise the team to efficiently and safely perform all daily tasks, ensuring safety is at the highest importance.
* Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs.
* Carry out team meetings and general staff communication.
* Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
* Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
Previous Experience:
* Previous experience in managing a team in a warehouse environment
* Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process and operational H&S
* FLT and Reach truck licences essential
* Be flexible regarding shift patterns and overtime
Working Hours are Monday to Friday
Must be Flexible with start and Finish time, approx 17:00pm start,
40 hours per week.
