United Parcel Service (UPS) facilitates a campus pickup service on weekdays at 3:30 p.m. The available shipping services include Ground, 3-day, 2nd day, and next-day air. When providing an address, it is essential to include a street address; post office boxes are not acceptable. A completed white UPS form, obtainable from Mailing Services, is required for processing.
To track your shipment, visit UPS.com and click on “tracking.” Additionally, an automatic $100 insurance coverage is included. For international addresses, it is mandatory to provide a phone number.
To dispatch a UPS package through SPU’s Mailing Services, either drop off the package at the Mail Center or include it with your department’s outgoing mail for pick-up the following day.
It’s important to note that packages processed after 3 p.m. on campus will be dispatched on the subsequent business day.
